Description
Dates back to the Edwardian era, this antique diamond ring features three old-cut Diamonds in an elegant cross-over setting, mounted in rich and buttery 18CT Yellow Gold.
The old-cut Diamonds are bright and sparkly, go very well with the yellow gold mounting. The centre Diamond measures 2.5mm in diameter, and the adjacent Diamonds measures approx. 2.1mm and 2mm each. Estimated total carat weight for Diamonds is 0.13 Carat. They are eye-clean with typical inclusions under loupe. They have been assessed and verified as genuine, earth mined Diamonds.
The hallmarks are clear, including Gold Standard Mark, Metal Finest Mark of 18, Birmingham (assay office), and date letter l for 1910. The Diamonds are held securely, some minor wear to shank commensurately with age. She is an excellent antique condition, even though she is over 100 years old!
Ring face measures approx. 8.9mm height (widest) which leads to a plain band at the back measures approx. 2mm wide. She is currently a finger size J(UK) or 4.75(US) but can be sized.
