Edwardian 1912 Cornflower Blue Sapphire and Diamond Triple Cluster 18ct Yellow Gold Ring (0.75ct)

The Sapphires are Old European cut, they have a higher crown and larger culet, giving them a sparkle and depth unlike any other. They have a highly saturated blue hue with a hint of violet, a particularly desirable  shade of blue in sapphire. The adjacent Diamonds are old-cut too (1 single cut which is likely to be a replacement), they are bright and fiery.

Hallmarked by Birmingham Assay office as 18ct gold, with Sponsor mark S.B&S LD for S. Blanckensee & Son Ltd, and date letter n for 1912. This antique ring is a versatile and elegant choice, perfect for stacking or worn alone. It is also a meaningful symbol for any special occasion.

She is in excellent condition, some sign of wear commensurate with age, 1 small diamond has a chip to edge but only visible under magnification.
